POOL AREA

The screened pool area is south/east facing, so you can watch the sunrise over the hills during breakfast on the patio and still enjoy direct sun until late afternoon.

Deluxe pool furniture is provided on the large deck including padded chairs, sun-loungers and tables for alfresco dining. 

The patio doors and windows which lead to the pool are fitted with a safety alarm to ensure children cannot enter the pool area un-noticed

The 28ft x 14ft wide pool (between 3'-5' deep) is fitted with automatic cleaning and filtration equipment, underwater lighting and can be electrically heated to around 85 degrees (charge applies).  

The pool overlooks a wetlands conservation area, attracting herons and wildlife all year round.
